Mitch Vye has had an outstanding first year in karting, competing in the 125cc Rotax Heavy class. His impressive achievements include securing third place in the Hamilton Point Series, second at the Auckland Christmas Meeting, and third in the Auckland End-of-Year Club Champships. He also earned a trophy for the best place in his first club champs before going on to claim the top spot for Auckland Club Points.

Throughout the season, Mitch has recorded three best lap times, four wins in Hamilton, and an impressive 18 podium finishes in Auckland. He has consistently ranked in the top five of his class an incredible 42 times. Kicking off the new season with a first-place finish, Mitch is well on his way to achieving his dream of becoming a supercar driver.

Most recently, he competed at the Badhurst event at the Taupo Motorsport Track, where he secured the fastest lap time for his team. With such a strong start, we are excited to see what this season holds for him.
