Amy Thomson competes at the NZ Secondary school cross country event

Well done, Amy – an incredible effort and another event to be proud of!

Last weekend, Amy Thomson competed at the NZ Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships in Whangārei and once again delivered an impressive performance!

The day was fine but cold and the challenging hilly course played to Amy’s strengths.

Coming off from a rough week of battling illness, this didn’t hold Amy back.

She placed 2nd in the Under 17 Girls and 13th overall in the Senior Girls – an outstanding result, especially under the circumstances.

Well done, Amy – an incredible effort and another event to be proud of!
