Wrestling Interest Grows at Rutherford

Interest in wrestling is on the rise at our school.

Interest in wrestling is on the rise at our school, with an enthusiastic group of students representing us at the Secondary Schools Novice Tournament on Monday, 24th March. 

This tournament offered our students a chance to gain experience and challenge themselves.

We are extremely proud of their efforts and look forward to seeing wrestling continue to flourish within our school community. Congratulations to everyone who participated!

Tournament Results: 3rd Place: Miguel Merigo in Junior Boys 47kg 3rd Place: Elijah Petrol in Junior Boys 110kg 1st Place: Israel Hall in Senior Boys 79kg 2nd Place: Zach Petley in Senior Boys 70kg 1st Place: Kristina Ha in Junior Girls 80kg 2nd Place: Random Hague-Smith in the same division.
