Olive Galea - Awarded the People's Choice Award at this year's National Youth Art Awards

Congratulations to Olive Galea, whose artwork 'Unhuman' has been awarded the People's Choice Award at this year's National Youth Art Awards.

Olive entered the competition in the 13–14 Years Category, however her work resonated so strongly with audiences that she received the overall People's Choice Award across all age categories, competing against artists aged up to 25 years old.

As the recipient of the People's Choice Award, Olive has been awarded a $500 cash prize, she also sold her work during this exhibition. This is an outstanding achievement and a testament to Olive's creativity, technical skill, and ability to connect with viewers through her artwork. We are incredibly proud of her success and the way she has represented our school on a national stage.

She also has amazing work displayed in the student services centre, which has a QR code to her Instagram account, she is selling prints of her work if you are interested.
