Term 3 Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences - Bookings will open 3 August

We warmly invite all parents and caregivers to meet with your child's subject teachers to discuss their progress and achievement so far this year. These conferences provide a valuable opportunity to strengthen the partnership between home and school, celebrate successes, identify areas for growth, and ensure your child is well supported in achieving their learning goals and future aspirations. This term it will also be worth discussing subject choices for 2027 with pertinent teachers to ensure you and your child are well informed about pathways through to senior school and university.

How to Book-Bookings open 3 August at 9am

When the conferences are open, you can make a booking through the School Portal by selecting T3 Parent-Teacher Conferences. Simply choose the teachers you wish to meet with, and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.

We encourage students to attend the conferences alongside their parents or caregivers, as they play an important role in these learning conversations.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, you can do so through the School Portal while bookings remain open.

Conference Information

• School finishes at 1.20pm on the conference day to allow staff time to prepare.
• A coffee cart will be available on site from 1.30pm–4.30pm.
• Teacher room allocations are available here.

Please note that appointments are only available with your child's subject teachers. Tutor teachers and Deans are not available for conference bookings unless they also teach your child. If you would like to meet with your child's Dean or Tutor Teacher, please contact them directly via email. Staff email addresses can be found on our Staff Directory page.
